Reading my local paper today I was upset to find that the first 3 pages are pretty much devoted to stories featuring pensioners who have been robbed or ripped off by conmen and thieves.

It makes me feel sick to my stomach that there are actually people in the world that have a moral code that allows them to steal from and prey on the elderly.

In one of the stories two thieves posing as water board inspectors conned there way into an elderly couples home and while the couple were distracted an accomplice stole around £4000. Money which, being terminally ill and having only months left to live, the husband of the couple had been saving for his own funeral.

What type of people would do this!? This is anathema to me. These people deserve to be strung up.

On a lighter note when thieves smashed there way into the house of an 88 year-old ex-desert rat who fought at D-Day and El-Alamein and demanded the keys to his car he is reported as saying "over my dead body son" before chasing the 3 would be bastards back out the way they came in. If only he'd had his old bayonet lying around I'm sure he would have stuck the cunts to the wall before calling the police.

Basically what I'm saying here is that we need to look after our elderly and aging relatives and make them aware of the dangers that now exist in a world that has changed alot in 50years. I dont mean to be patronising to any pensioners, plenty of whom like the man mentioned above are more than capable of looking after themselves, but if you have a relative or neighbour that you would consider vulnerable, of any age really, I think we can do alot more, as individuals and as a society to look out for them.

Ok so Ive decided I finally had enough of the current girlfriend and its time to move on to pastures new. However now comes the most difficult part of any relationship the breaking up.

Now, I have a particular problem with this. I once went out with a girl for about four years, during this period of insanity I must have broken up with her about 5 times and we would always get back together!

Now I think this may have something to do with the way we broke up, I would usually start by saying 'oh you know I like you alot but lets be friends etc etc' and then Id say how great a person she is and tell her we need to stay in touch etc. Basically a load of bullshit because I didnt want to upset her or hurt her any more than neccessary.

Anyway, like I say we always ended up getting back together. So, heres the question, should I act like this towards the current girlfriend and risk leaving the seed of possible reconciliation in her mind or should I act cruel to be kind and tell the bitch to fuck off!

That does sound a bit to nasty though...

I find this fascinating and extremely close to my own personal beliefs about the nature of God or what god may be.

After a weeks worth of Birthday binging I have decided to embrace the healthy man that lurks deep inside me!

To this end I've decided to start eating Brown Bread instead of white.

And thats it.

Probably should stop guzzling beer and drugs and stop sucking on the cancer sticks but the way i see it is I like my body and I like the things my body can do but I also like the things I can do to my body.

So come on lets all have a brown bread crack binge til we our brains rise up

Woke up this morning extremely bored. Bored with work bored with the food I ate for breakfast and the boring tea I dribbled down my boring unshaven chin. Im fed up with the ten minute walk to the train station Im fed up with the wait for the train. Im annoyed by the man sitting opposite I dont like his boring suit or his boring haircut. Im sick of the walk from train to work, flanked by corporate mannequins who look as bored as me.
Let us marvel at the exciting times of the 21st century. The home the office the home the food the tv the book the bed then start again.
